Hi my name is Terry Sweeney and I am the proprietor of Bexhill Plastering and Building Services.  I have been in the building business for 25 years.

I am a sole trader so it will only be me coming out estimating a job, and only myself doing the work.  I do not subcontract any work out to other people.  As well as being a member of Checkatrade I am also a member of East Sussex County Council’s Buy with Confidence Scheme which is run by Trading Standards.  This means that I have been specifically vetted and police checked by the Council.  The work that I undertake is plastering, carpentry, rendering, pointing, painting and decorating, tiling and small building work (eg knocking rooms through, creating en-suites etc).
