based in the heart of Sussex producing Architectural Drawings / Plans for home extensions, single storey side extension, two storey side extension, garages, loft conversions, conservatories, new build, conversions and refurbishments, we will undertake Planning Permission, Lawful Development Certificates and Building Regulations on your behalf.

From our initial meeting we will undertake a measured survey of the property, prepare the Architectural drawings / plans required for us to submit an application for lawful development or planning and then produce Architectural drawings / plans needed for approval under Building Control.

We separate the Architectural drawings and plans down into two packages (Planning and Building Regulations) and this makes them more affordable to you. All alterations / extensions are priced individually and greatly depend on the complexity; however we will not be beaten on price and are always open to discussion.
