Depending upon scope, a typical domestic construction project may or may not require Planning Permission, and almost certainly will require Building Regulations approval.

We will prepare all the necessary applications for you, and will liaise on your behalf with Planning and Building Control Officers, both with respect to permissions and, as regards Building Control, stage approvals and final project sign-off. We will prepare and present any necessary structural calculations to justify the design and determine what size steel beams are required, if necessary.

If you already have Planning Permission, we can give you a fixed quote for the construction. Conversely, if you just want design services we are happy to provide them, leaving you free to tender your project (and if you prefer, we are happy to provide an independent project management service). Possibly you are in the process of buying a house or flat, and would like to discuss the feasibility of some alterations. Our aim is to assist you, whatever your needs.
